These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Travel with Trapeze website and mobile app (“Trapeze”, the “Service”), operated by Travel with Trapeze (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to book travel through Trapeze. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent or abusive activity.
What Trapeze does
Trapeze helps you discover, plan, and book trips. We use AI to generate trip ideas, itineraries, and recommendations, and to power our in-app assistant. We also connect you to third-party travel providers to search and book flights, hotels, and activities.
AI-generated content
Trip suggestions, itineraries, and assistant responses are generated with the help of AI and are provided for general informational purposes. They may contain inaccuracies or be incomplete, and they do not constitute professional, legal, medical, visa, or financial advice. Always verify important details — such as prices, availability, travel documents, and entry requirements — directly with the relevant provider or authority before you travel.
Bookings and third-party providers
When you book flights, hotels, or activities, those services are provided by third parties (including Duffel, Hotelbeds, and Viator) and are subject to the providers’ own terms, fare rules, and cancellation and change policies. We act as an intermediary to facilitate your booking; we are not the provider of the travel services and are not responsible for their performance. Please review the applicable provider terms before completing a booking.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. You agree to pay all charges, taxes, and fees associated with your bookings at the prices shown at the time of purchase. Prices and availability can change until a booking is confirmed. Refunds, where available, are governed by the applicable provider’s policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, accessing it through unauthorized means, using it for unlawful purposes, or submitting false or fraudulent booking information.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, content, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial travel planning.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service or from travel services provided by third parties. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
